Kloter Farms Furniture Store: Fire & Rebuild Photo Gallery

On the morning of June 29, 2011, the landmark Kloter Farms Furniture Store burned in a three-alarm fire. Employees, friends, family and volunteers from the community gathered together. Initial shock gave way to overwhelming relief with the realization that no one was injured and the fire was contained and extinguished in less than 30 minutes. Within 52 days after the fire, we opened a temporary location in our warehouse while the rebuilding process took place. We made some modifications to the original store layout while still maintaining the Kloter farms charm and style our customer (and we!) love. Come and visit our store, and see how far we've come! We'd like to extend a heartfelt thanks to our loyal customers, business partners, neighbors and friends who supported us during this difficult time.

Please be patient, photo galleries may take a moment to load.

WAREHOUSE REMODEL
Within one week of the fire, a construction plan was made to remodel the front portion of the Kloter Farms Warehouse. The large 8,000 square foot room was stripped, gutted and refurbished.

STORE REBUILD
A few weeks shy of 6 months after the fire we were able to tear down our burned store. After much hardwork, planning, and effort we re-opened our doors to the main furniture store on August 27, 2012.
